All dryer returns must include RMA Number. To obtain an RMA Number please call (800) 869 8225. Upon receipt of product the price of the dryer less the shipping will be credited. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed. All requests for returns must be made  within 10 days of receipt of product. All returns should be shipped to Double K Industries   Parts are not returnable.

There will be a $15.00 charge for all address corrections charged back to us by UPS, such as: no apt #, no suite or floor #, .incorrect zip code or street spelling, etc. If incorrect ship to addresses are given in online orders customer will be responsible for all re-routing charges. In the event an order is refused, customer will be responsible for return freight charges
